If your DXC health care and certain other benefits coverage is ending because you are no longer benefits-eligible as an employee or dependent, you may be able to continue your coverage through COBRA (the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act).
If you or your dependent are eligible for COBRA, the DXC Benefits Center will send you COBRA details — including rates, deadlines and a COBRA election form — to your preferred notification option (USPS mail or email) within approximately 7 to 10 business days following the event that caused eligibility for COBRA. You can update your preferred notification option at any time (log in and go to your Profile). For faster notification, choose email.
Review the COBRA requirements in a timely manner and carefully follow the deadlines and required actions to elect and pay for continuation of coverage.
If you have questions about COBRA, please contact the DXC Benefits Center.
