Tips and Reminders
- Confirm your elections. Log in to your DXC Benefits Center account or app to check which plans you elected for 2026.
- Register with your insurance carrier. If you haven’t already, register on your medical, dental and vision plan carrier’s website or mobile app to see important information about your coverage, access digital ID cards and manage your claims.
- Use your new ID card, if applicable. If you enrolled in or switched to a new medical or dental plan or the EyeMed vision plan, you should have received a physical ID card in the mail by now. If you haven’t received your ID card(s), contact the carrier for assistance. For vision plans other than EyeMed, you can access an electronic ID card by registering on the carrier’s website or mobile app.
- Use your account debit card. If you newly enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or Commuter Reimbursement Account, you should have received two MetLife debit cards in the mail. Share one with your spouse/domestic partner. They can use the card even though your name is on it. If you already have a MetLife debit card, you can continue to use it in 2026.
- Make sure your doctors are in-network. Even if you didn’t change your insurance carrier for 2026, it’s a good idea to make sure your doctors and other health care providers are in the carrier network before you seek care. This way you can avoid out-of-network costs and save money.
