If you are not eligible for a Health Savings Account (HSA), you can receive your wellness incentive in a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
If you enroll in one of the High Deductible Health Plan options through DXC — in the Bronze, Bronze Plus or Silver coverage levels — you will have access to the DXC Healthy Behaviors Wellness Program administered by Virgin Pulse.* The program allows you to complete certain wellness activities and earn incentives in the form of company contributions to your Health Savings Account (HSA), which is a feature of those medical plan options.
If you are not eligible to open an HSA or have not opened an HSA for the current plan year at the time you earn the wellness incentive, a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) will be opened for you and your incentives will be credited to your HRA. You can use your HRA funds to pay for qualified medical expenses for you or your covered dependents.
Once an HRA has been set up, you won’t be eligible to open and contribute to an HSA in the same plan year.
Our partner for HRA administration is MetLife. You can check your HRA balance and submit claims through the MetLife Participant Portal for the DXC Spending Accounts.
