Annual incentives are made in the form of DXC contributions to your Health Savings Account (HSA). When you set your own HSA contributions for the year, keep in mind that DXC will also make a contribution if you earn your incentives through the Healthy Behaviors Wellness Program. You don’t want to hit the HSA annual contribution limit and then miss out on that free money from DXC!
The amount of the incentives you can earn in the Healthy Behaviors Wellness Program depends on the activities you complete and your medical plan coverage level:

Usually you receive incentives as you earn them, but it can sometimes take up to four weeks for incentives to be paid after you complete an activity.
If you are not eligible to open an HSA or have not opened an HSA for the current plan year at the time you earn the wellness incentive, a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) will be opened for you and your incentives will be credited to your HRA.
