Get your DXC benefits off to a great start in 2025 with these tips and reminders.
- Log in to your DXC Benefits Center account or app to check which plans you elected for 2025.
- If you enrolled in or switched to a new medical or dental plan or the EyeMed vision plan, you should have received a physical ID card in the mail—if you haven’t your card(s), contact the carrier.
- Set up your online account and app through your carrier, so you can access your digital ID cards, manage your claims and find plan information.
- If you newly enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) or Commuter Reimbursement Account, you should have received two MetLife debit cards in the mail. Share one with your spouse/domestic partner—they can use the card even though your name is on it. If you already have a MetLife debit card, you can continue to use it in 2025.
Wellness Resources
- If you enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)—a Bronze, Bronze Plus or Silver medical plan—start earning your 2025 wellness incentives in the Healthy Behaviors Wellness Program. The program is provided through Personify Health (formerly called Virgin Pulse).
- Explore our digital Journey Series to learn how your DXC benefits can support you and your loved ones through pregnancy, a cancer diagnosis, prediabetes or diabetes, and Medicare.
Midyear Updates
- If you or your spouse/domestic partner will become eligible for Medicare during the year, see the Medicare checklist for helpful information.
- If you get married, welcome a new child to your family, or experience another qualifying life event during the year, update your benefits elections through the DXC Benefits Center within 30 days of the event.
- If you cover a child who will turn age 26 during the year, learn about your options and what you need to do.
